Discover the unique beauty of the Brenta Dolomites between Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio with a day of skiing andmountaineering, accompanied by a ski instructor.
We propose a tour designed for those with a minimum of experience in ski mountaineering, a classic in the Brenta area. We are talking about the ascent to Rifugio 12 Apostoli starting from Doss del Sabion at 2,100 metres. An indescribable experience, a perfect blend of technique and practice that will make you love ski mountaineering and our mountains more and more.
What we will do
The meeting point is the Pinzolo cable car. We will ascend by cable car and chairlift (ticket to be purchased on site) until we reach Doss del Sabion (2,100 m). From here there is a first descent for about 300 metres to Malga Bregn da l'Ors , where we will begin the ascent with skins, covering a total of 600 metres of active altitude difference.
For the descent we can choose different routes, the Val di Sacco (a side route to our ascent) crossing the Bocchetta dei Camosci and descending towards Val Brenta, or along the ascent route and then down to Lago di Valagola and back to Val Brenta.
Depending on the itinerary chosen, the altitude difference can vary between 900 and 1,100 metres. Together with the instructor, we will learn how to choose the best ascent and descent route and improve our off-piste descent technique.
The day ends at around 16:00.
Who it is aimed at
This day is suitable for people aged 15 and over who occasionally do ski mountaineering or have already taken a basic course. A minimum of physical fitness is required to overcome active height differences of 600 metres and good off-piste ski handling.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the activity.
The activity can be booked from January to March and is for private groups of 1 to 6 people.
If necessary, it is possible to hire ski equipment and the obligatory safety kit (shovel, probe and artva) from specialised shops in the resort.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
