Full description
Experience an exciting aquatic adventure among ancient ancient archaeological finds and clear seabed rich in flora and fauna with our our snorkelling tour of the islands. You will visit evocative places that will captivate you.
You will dive in different areas such as the Roman Columns, the Grotta of bones, the Levante landslide and you will explore the wreck of the Island of the Correnti, located on a 3-metre sandy bottom. Finally, you can take a swim under the Tafuri Castle.

What we will do
The meeting point is at the tourist port of Marzamemi, in the province of Sicracusa. We will be met by a diving guide who will provide us with snorkelling equipment, i.e. fins, mask and snorkel.
We will board the rubber dinghy and begin our tour by taking a brief tour of theancient harbour of Marzamemi, from which we will admire theislet Brancati, with its old tuna fishery and balata. We will then head to the island of Capo Passero and then to the island on the Levante side, where we will visit the "semi-submerged" Cave of Shrimps and Bones.
We will also explore the extremely suggestive archaeological site of the Roman Columns, the Franata di Levante. We will then reach theIsola delle Correnti to discover its fascinating wreck set on the sandy seabed, at a depth of 3 metres.
Finally, we will return to Capo Passero and take our final swim near the Tafuri Castle, before returning to the port of Marzamemi. The experience lasts a total of 4 hours.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
