If the sea is your passion, don't miss our two-hour snorkelling tour to discover the wonderful seabed of Taormina's Isola Bella marine reserve. Swim in the transparent waters and meet the many animal and plant species that inhabit this sea!
Not only: sail and collect the natural attractions of the surroundings such as Capo Taormina, the Grotta degli Innamorati, the Faraglioni of the Prickly Pear, the Bay of the Sirens and many others. And to end the experience, enjoy almond pastries and prosecco in the company of our captain!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the chosen time at the meeting point communicated at the time of booking, in Giardini Naxos. You will find me there, alongside my Rosa dei venti boat that a skipper never abandons, ready to welcome you on board.
Once all the passengers have finished boarding and the snorkelling equipment has been delivered, we will set sail along the bay of Giardini Naxos and Taormina. On the way to Cape Taormina we will admire the orange corals of the Grotta degli Innamorati and the Faraglioni del Fico d'India.
We will then reach the Isola Bella marine reserve, where we will stop. Once we have donned our flippers and mask, we will dive to discover the seabed characterised by white limestone rocks and posidonia, inhabited by starfish, fish and sea urchins. We will return on board to recharge our batteries with almond pastries and prosecco (included) in preparation for the next dive.
We will continue our navigation towards Mazzarò and the Baia delle Sirene, where the scenery alternates between beaches and rocks. We will then stop at Capo Taormina for a final snorkelling session to discover the local flora and fauna. We will then return to the meeting point in Giardini Naxos, greeted by the majestic Mount Etna.
The tour lasts a total of 2 hours.

Other information
The tour takes place daily from April to October and is confirmed once a minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.
The boat is a 9-metre long motorboat with a sun canopy and stereo system. Small dogs are allowed on board.
Parking near the harbour is recommended.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
