Botany and fun: these are the main ingredients of the snorkelling tour at Nemo's Garden, an underwater garden located in Noli, in the province of Savona, where various plant species are cultivated, including the famous and tasty Ligurian basil.
Accompanied by a marine biologist, you will discover the workings of this fascinating installation, the first in the world. You will swim with mask, fins and snorkel while admiring the garden and the beautiful seabed.

What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected during the booking process at the centre of Noli, in the province of Savona.
On arrival, we will be welcomed by a marine biologist who will provide us with the necessary equipment (fins, mask, snorkel). He will then explain to us the cultivation process of theunderwater garden, in particular how Ligurian basil grows.
Once this first phase is over, we will put on our snorkel, mask and fins and dive into the sea to get a closer look at Nemo's Garden, the world's first botanical garden. The installation, located at a depth of 6 metres, is truly full of fascination and the feeling you will have will be that of being in a science fiction world!
We will indeed see 'artificial jellyfish' on the seabed, i.e. transparent domes inside which not only basil, but also strawberries, aloes and aromatic plants are grown. The activity lasts an hour and a half in all and ends with the return to the facility.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is for everyone, but it is important to know how to swim. The minimum age for participation is 8 years.
Other information
The activity is available every Thursday and Saturday in July and August and is confirmed with a minimum of 8 participants.
The fee also includes access to the centre's cabins, toilets and showers, where it is possible to wash and change at the end of the activity.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
