Full description
Put on your mask, fins and snorkel and join us for a fantastic snorkelling tour in the Portofino Marine Protected Area. The area is a true paradise for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts due to the unique conformation of its seabed and the extraordinary variety of marine species.
Accompanied by a marine biologist, you will swim to discover these marvellous seabeds moving in a magical silence. You will also have the opportunity to admire the famous site of the Christ of the Abyss in the bay of San Fruttuoso.

What we will do
The meeting is in Santa Margherita Ligure at 14:00. On arrival, we will be welcomed by the marine biologist who will accompany us for the entire experience and provide us with the necessary equipment (included). Once everyone is on board, we will depart at 14:30 in the direction of thePortofino marine area.
We will sail for about 15 minutes before reaching the dive site. During this time, we will conduct an introductory briefing on the species we will encounter in the marine area. Afterwards, we will don mask, fins and snorkel and dive to discover one of the Mediterranean's richest areas in terms of biodiversity.
After an hour or so, we will re-board and reach the Bay of San Fruttuoso, where we will dive to admire the famous submerged statue of the Christ of the Abyss, which lies at a depth of 12 metres.
Back on board, we will resume navigation to return to Santa Margherita Ligure. During the return trip, we will talk with the guide about the species we encountered during this unique natural experience. The activity lasts a total of 3 hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 6. No specific skills are required, just knowing how to swim.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
