Full description
You already know the drink at the bar. The one on the snowmobile, probably not.
In Foppolo, in the Orobian Alps, you put on your helmet, turn on your snowmobile and follow your guide up to 2200 metres, through snow-covered woods and curves that glow orange at sunset.
And when you sit down in the refuge, your heart still beating fast, you realise that this is the aperitif that is worth the ride.
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before departure in Foppolo, in the province of Bergamo. Here we will meet the guide, who will provide us with helmets and explain how to drive the snowmobile.
After a short briefing, we will be ready to set off. We will climb into the saddle and embark on the route that will take us up to an altitude of 2200 metres, crossing the spectacular scenery of the Orobian Alps. On the way, we will stop at several points to take photos and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the snow-covered mountains.
Once at altitude, the most suggestive moment awaits us: the sunset that sets the peaks ablaze in red and gold, a spectacle that is already worth the whole adventure.
From there, we head to a cosy refuge where an aperitif (included) awaits us: a drink of your choice accompanied by snacks (chips, bresaola and other delicacies) .
With the right charge and a few toasts, we will re-board the snowmobiles to return to the starting point. The whole experience lasts about 1. 5 hours, including a stop at the mountain hut.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a B licence.
The passenger must be at least 4 years old. Children up to 6 years of age can participate on the same snowmobile as a couple of adults (3 people on the same snowmobile) : please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate the presence of a child up to 6 years of age.
Other information
The experience takes place from December to April and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 snowmobiles.
The centre has 5 snowmobiles for a maximum total of 10 participants. A driver and a possible passenger can ride on each snowmobile, who can swap driving during the tour (if both are over the age of 18 and have a B licence) .
Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate any dietary requirements.
There is ample free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
