Full description
Put snowshoes on your feet and set off on a 3-hour hike in Molise, discovering the mountain trails of Campitello Matese.
Explore the slopes of the Gallinola, one of the highest peaks of the Matese, and Monte Miletto, and let yourself be enchanted by the magical atmosphere that the snowy landscape offers.
And, to make you feel better after your long walk in the snow, refresh yourself by sipping a warm mulled wine during a restful panoramic stop.
What we will do
We will meet at the indicated meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the snowshoe hike in Campitello Matese.
Ours will be an excursion to discover and admire the wooded and snowy landscapes of Campitello, a well-known Molise ski resort. Before departure, we will have a short briefing during which we will put on our snowshoes (included) and find out in detail what awaits us.
The guide will tell us about the route and the area in which we find ourselves, so that we can fully experience the magic of the place. On the way, we will be able to admire the Matese massif, with the main peaks of Molise, and walk in the snow for 3.5 km across the karstic plateau of Campitello Matese.
When we reach the Capodacqua spring, we will take a break, refreshing ourselves with some good mulled wine before resuming the walk to return to base.
The activity, including dressing, arrival and stops, will last 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 7. A minimum of experience of walking in nature is required.
Children aged 15 and over can also participate on their own, provided they have a signed parental release.
Other information
The activity is available on weekends, from December to March, and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 people .
The itinerary may vary according to weather and snow conditions at the organiser's discretion.
For already formed groups of at least 6 people, midweek outings can also be organised, subject to the guide's availability.
Our four-legged friends are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
