Join a 3-hour snowshoe hike in the woods of Pescasseroli, one of the most magical beech forests in the Abruzzo National Park.
Wearing snowshoes, you will walk on fresh snow to discover enchanted and evocative places along a 6-km loop trail. You will be accompanied by an expert guide who will introduce you to this silent protected area and help you spot the animals that populate this enchanting territory.
We look forward to a day of relaxation and fun!
What we will do
We will meet at 10. 30 am near Pescasseroli (AQ). After meeting the guide, who will give an initial briefing on the route, we will be ready to put on our snowshoes and set off!
We will set off into La Difesa di Pescasseroli, one of the most beautiful beech forests in the Abruzzo National Park, with its evocative beech trees, which give the forest a fairytale appearance. This enchanted place is the habitual home of the Marsican brown bear and majestic deer and roe deer , which the excursion guide will help us spot.
We will then continue towards wide clearings that will open up the view of the Abruzzo National Park.
The 6 km loop trail with an altitude difference of 150 metres is simple and does not present any technical difficulties.
The activity lasts a total of about 3 hours, including briefings and various stops, and ends with the return to the starting point.

The activity takes place from January to April, from Monday to Saturday, subject to snow and weather conditions.
The itinerary may vary due to environmental and weather conditions.
Dogs are not allowed to participate.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
