Winter is your favourite season and you love snow? Then you can't miss a 3-hour snowshoe hike in the Abruzzo National Park in the company of a certified hiking guide!
With this simple 4 km route and 100 metres of altitude difference, you will discover the scenic wonders of the area and have the opportunity to spot the local wild animals.
Put on your snowshoes and set off on an adventure!
What we will do
We will meet at 10.30 am near Passo Godi (AQ), a beautiful mountain pass located at 1630 metres. After a briefing by the guide and the handover of snowshoes (included), we will be ready to set off.
With snowshoes well secured on our feet, we will snowshoe surrounded by the most important peaks of the Abruzzo National Park, in the presence of the imposing peaks of Monte Godi.
Continuing along the route, a grandiose scenario will open up before us: we will be able to see the peaks of Mount Godi and Mount Marsicano and, further away, those of Camosciara and Mount Petroso. We will be able to forget the noise of everyday life and enjoy this relaxing excursion.
During the snowshoe hike we will also have the chance to spot wild animals such as deer, chamois and hares.
The 4 km route with an altitude difference of 100 metres is simple and does not present any technical difficulties.
The activity lasts a total of about 3 hours, including briefings and various stops, and ends with the return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 6.
The route does not present any technical difficulties and it is sufficient to be in good health to participate in the experience.

The activity takes place on weekends, from December to April, subject to snow and weather conditions.
Theitinerary may change due to environmental and weather conditions.
Caution! There will be no telephone line during the route.
Dogs are allowed to participate.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
