Join us for a speleo-canyoning experience at the 'Su Bentu' cave in the karstic heart of Sardinia.
An incredible adventure combining caving and canyoning, guiding you through mysterious caves, clear pools of water and spectacular rope descents. With an expert guide at your side, you will immerse yourself in a unique environment of jumps, dives and spectacular descents.

What we will do
The meeting is at 11.30 a.m. in Oliena (NU), where the guide will provide us with all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, helmet, harness and head torch.
After a short 5-minute walk, we will enter theSu Benticheddu cave , a secondary branch of the larger Su Bentu cave, so called because of the characteristic air passage inside.
Inside the cavity, three exciting rappels will lead us into the depths of the mountain. The approximately 4-hour route winds its way through vast underground chambers, plays of light between water and rock, and crystal-clear pools carved into the limestone.
We will continue by swimming in hidden lakes, diving into natural pools and walking through passages carved by water over time, always accompanied by the guide. Finally, we will exit the cave and, in just a minute, we will be back at the starting point.
Between briefings, dressing, the route and moving around, the whole experience will take about five hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and suitable for everyone from 10 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
To participate, it is not necessary to know how to swim, you just need to be comfortable with water. Not recommended for those suffering from claustrophobia.
Other information
The experience takes place from February to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport.
There are no showers, toilets or changing rooms on site; it is required to arrive already wearing a swimming costume, thermal shirt (optional) and wet sneakers.
A video of the experience shot with GoPro and edited by the guide is available at an extra charge of 20€ per couple or family.
