If you are looking for a regenerating getaway, this one-night stay in a cosy B& B in Gioia Sannitica is the perfect opportunity to unplug and rediscover the slow rhythm of the land, in the beating heart of Alto Casertano.
A total immersion in the local wine culture awaits you: in addition to an overnight stay, you will experience an exclusive wine tasting guided by those who, every day, transform these grapes into excellence.
You will walk among the rows of Pallagrello, a rare and precious vine, and savour the authenticity of a still uncontaminated territory, letting yourself be pampered by the flavours of a platter of typical products!
What we will do
Check-in is from 4 p. m. at the B& B in Gioia Sannitica (CE), a structure immersed in the green vineyards of the Matese. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff and escorted to your room equipped with every comfort, including a double bed, air conditioning, TV, and a courtesy set to make you feel immediately at home.
After settling in, you can arrange a time for a visit to the wine cellar and wine tasting. The experience will take you to discover the secrets of winemaking: you will start with a walk through the vineyard to get a closer look at the plants of Pallagrello, the area's native vine, and then move on to the production premises.
The highlight will be a tasting of three wines (white, red and rosé) , accompanied by a rich platter of local delicacies. You will be able to choose whether to sit on the charming outdoor patio or in the indoor tasting room, for a sensory journey lasting about one and a half hours.
The activity can take place, subject to availability and agreement with the guide, in the afternoon of the day of arrival or the following morning. You will thus have maximum flexibility to enjoy every moment in the Caserta hills.
The next morning , before your departure, a breakfast of homemade cakes awaits you to start your day with energy. Check-out is by 10: 00 am.

The experience is designed for 2 adults.
The facility is wheelchair-accessible limited to the winery and some specific rooms (one double room has an equipped bathroom) , while the vineyard grounds are not accessible due to the slope and the nature of the soil: please contact the facility at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to better organise your stay.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age.

The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 16: 00 onwards.
Any food allergies or intolerances must be communicated directly to the hotel at the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation email.
Dogs are not allowed in the rooms.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
