Did you know that a masterpiece is hidden inside every block of stone? All you need is a touch of imagination and the right tools to bring it out!
In this experience in the province of Bari, you’ll step into the shoes of a real craftsman in a fun, creative workshop lasting two and a half hours. Together with an expert sculptor, you’ll create your own personalised souvenir, before raising a glass to your work of art with a delicious traditional aperitif.

What we will do
We’ll meet at the time indicated at the meeting point in Locorotondo (BA).
Our guide will be waiting for us:the artist, who will welcome us into his charming home-studio! We’ll start with a welcome coffee, before exploring the magical world of stone and resin craftsmanship. The artist will tell us about his career and introduce us to ‘Primitives’, his fantastic collection of small sculptures, revealing the philosophy behind each individual piece.
At this point, we’ll choose the piece we want to recreate, which could be one from the collection or a creation of our own design. We’ll then put on protective smocks, face masks and gloves and head to the workshop (a bright summer veranda or the indoor workshop during the colder months) to select the most suitable stone for bringing our idea to life.
With the artist’s help, we’ll learn how to cut and shape the material using saws, sandpaper and other tools of the trade. No prior experience is needed: our guide will support us step by step until we achieve the final result!
Once the work is finished, we’ll settle down in a lovely garden in the shade of the olive trees to enjoy a generous aperitif (included) featuring local specialities such as focaccia, taralli, olives and a glass of fine wine. Meanwhile, the artist will take care of finishing and packaging our precious souvenirs, so they’re ready to take home!
The activity will last a total of two and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for children aged 5 and over. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
