Set the alarm early, this morning is worth it!
A 2-hour kayak tour awaits you on the Salento coast to admire thesunrise spectacle. Together with a guide, you will paddle towards Gallipoli to admire its dunes and beaches from the sea, shrouded in a magical silence.
The prize for getting up so early? A breakfast of pasticciotto and coffee!
What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the indicated time in Gallipoli, at Conchiglie-Alto Lido (LE) .
The guide will welcome us with a brief presentation of the tour and provide us with all the necessary equipment: kayak, paddle and life jacket. We will begin with a briefing of about 20 minutes, during which we will learn the basics of paddling.
Once on board our kayaks, we will begin paddling at a relaxed pace along the Salento coastline. We will head towards Gallipoli to admire the dunes, white beaches and unspoilt nature from the sea: it will be magical to observe the landscape at this time of day, in complete silence, with no bathers or beach umbrellas!
The colours of dawn over the sea will envelop us in their embrace, making us feel as if it were the first day of our lives! In the midst of so much excitement, we will find time for a typical Apulian breakfast: the guide will point out a beach where we can stop for a pasticciotto and coffee.
During the tour we will also learn how to take care of the nature around us, collecting and bringing back to shore the rubbish found in the sea. We will end the tour by returning to the starting point, after having covered about 3 km.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours, including the initial briefing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 14 for those who wish to paddle independently. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
A maximum of 2 children aged between 4 and 13 years per group may participate as passengers in double kayaks.
Familiarity with the water is required.
The maximum weight per participant is 100 kg.

The activity takes place from April to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
The tour itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Six single sit-in kayaks and two double sit-on-top kayaks are available. The double kayaks can carry 1 adult and 1 child.
Toilets and a space to leave your personal belongings are available at the meeting point. The guide will provide a shared waterproof bag to carry small items that you do not want to part with during the tour (e. g. keys, wallet) . However, a mobile phone case will not be provided to encourage participants to forget technology and immerse themselves in nature, living the experience to the full.
In case of food allergies or intolerances, alternatives for breakfast cannot be guaranteed.
It is possible to participate with your own dog, as long as it is small and only in double kayaks. Please inform the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport in the summer months; free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
