The twilight that paints the Ligurian villages is a sight you won't forget!
Join this Cinque Terre sunset boat tour departing from Monterosso al Mare, in the province of La Spezia. On board a typical local boat, you will sail along the coastline admiring the five iconic villages from a privileged perspective.
A 2-hour experience to relax, take a dip in wonderful waters and enjoy an aperitif with focaccia and prosecco while the sun dips into the sea!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Monterosso al Mare (SP) . Here we will meet the skipper and board the boat (the traditional gozzo "Popeye" or the equipped fishing boat "Ghibli", depending on availability) to begin our navigation southwards.
We will cross the Cinque Terre National Park, gradually approaching each of the five villages: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. Along the way we will stop briefly in front of each village suspended between sky and sea to take beautiful souvenir photos and listen to our guide's explanations of local traditions and history.
Halfway along the route, roughly between Corniglia and Vernazza, we will drop anchor for about 20 minutes for a swim stop. We can dive into wonderful waters and snorkel with the equipment provided on board.
On the way back to Monterosso, while the sky is tinged with shades of pink and amber, the crew will serve a tasty aperitif (included) including prosecco, wine, beer, water and slices of pizza or focaccia ligure.
The activity will end after about 2 hours with the return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boats used are not wheelchair or mobility-impaired accessible.
Other information
The experience is available from May to October.
The allocation of the boat (Gozzo 'Popeye' or Fishing boat 'Ghibli') is handled directly by the organisers based on the number of bookings. Both boats are equipped with a sun canopy, cushions, climbing ladder and snorkelling kit. Dogs are allowed on board.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee; the location is also easily accessible by public transport.
The aperitif includes local baked goods. In the event of food allergies or intolerances, please report them in good time by contacting the organisers at the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation e-mail to check the possibility of an alternative.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
