What do you have to do this evening? Set sail and enjoy the Riviera dei Ciclopi from the sea!
Set sail from Aci Trezza on board a dinghy with skipper and sail along this fabulous Sicilian coastline, linked to the myth of Ulysses and Polyphemus.
Enjoy 2 hours of navigation and an aperitif on board with wine and typical products!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Aci Trezza (CT).
We will be welcomed by the skipper, ready to set sail with us on board a comfortable dinghy.
We will leave the small harbour as the sky begins to turn a thousand shades, and we will immediately find ourselves in front of the Faraglioni dei Ciclopi, enveloped in a magical light. We will slowly walk along the coast until we reach the Norman Castle of Aci Castello, one of the most scenic places on the Catania coast, ideal for taking some postcard photos.
We will continue into the Ciclopi Protected Marine Reserve, where we will stop for a sunset swim. Swimming among golden reflections and volcanic seabed will be a truly unique experience. During the stop, an aperitif with typical Sicilian products will be served on board, accompanied by local wine and bubbles.
The return trip will be gentle and relaxing, with the sky turning blue and the first stars reflecting on the sea.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not accessible for wheelchair users or persons with reduced mobility.

The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 participants.
Theitinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is an 8-metre dinghy, with awning, shower, climbing ladder, sundeck, stereo and USB port. You stay barefoot on board.
In the event of food allergies or intolerances, alternatives are not guaranteed.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. There are free and paid parking spaces near the harbour. A transfer service for up to 9 people is also available (extra charge depending on distance) between Catania and Messina: to request this, please contact the organisers after booking confirmation.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
