Full description
Hop on the SUP and join the group to discover Capri's caves and beaches! You'll be able to delve into the hidden gems of the island accessible only by swimming or by non-motorised means, so as to safeguard the marine ecosystem.
Dive into the island's azure waters and photograph breathtaking views from the sea perspective while having fun trying to stay balanced on a paddleboard.
You will participate in the excursion together with a guide who will tell you about the legends and curiosities that have made the island world famous!
What we will do
The meeting is scheduled to take place on the beach at Marina Piccola on Capri 30 minutes before the time agreed at the time of booking. The guide will provide us with all the necessary equipment and give a briefing on SUP sailing techniques.
We will then be ready to set off and pass the legendary Scoglio delle Sirene, famous for the terrible creatures mentioned in the Odyssey.
We will reach Cala Ventroso, a small hidden beach where we can dive off the paddleboard and swim in the crystal-clear waters.
We will visit the Grotta dell'Acqua and the Grotta Verde, which we will be able to cross from one side to the other to admire the marvellous shades that the sunlight creates as it filters through the cracks in the rock and reflects off the water.
We will then encounter other wonderful caves, such as the Grotta Rossa, the Grotta dello Champagne and the Grotta dei Marinai. Each one holds secrets and legends that the guide will have the pleasure of telling us as we paddle along the water.
We will finally reach our last stop: the iconic Faraglioni, where we will be able to take lots of souvenir photos.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is open to everyone from the age of 14. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You must have a maximum weight of 120 kg and must be able to swim. You must be in good health, have no medical conditions and have not taken alcohol or drugs in the hours preceding the experience.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October.
It is necessary to arrive at least 30 minutes before the time agreed upon at the time of booking.
Participants will be provided with a waterproof bag to store their personal items away from the water. You will be able to purchase a waterproof cover on site at a cost of 5€ to keep your mobile phone with you and take photos.
The itinerary may be subject to change if marine weather or traffic conditions do not allow for the planned route.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
