Taking lessons has never been so much fun!
Learn the basics of SUP in one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in north-western Sardinia, Alghero, with an instructor who will guide you step by step.
Test your balance on the board for an hour and a half of sport and excitement!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Alghero (SS).
We will meet our instructor, who will provide us with all the necessary equipment and follow us through an initial theoretical part lasting about 20 minutes, with simulated exercises on land to learn the basic SUP manoeuvres.
We will then enter the water for 20-30 minutes of practice, where we will put what we have learned to the test, learning how to handle the SUP board, keep it stable and move around safely.
Depending on the level of the group, we may end the lesson with a short SUP ride along the coast or with fun water games to get even more familiar with the board.
The activity will last a total of 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 14; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is necessary to be able to swim and to be in good physical shape, as well as to feel comfortable in deep water.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
There are no changing rooms, showers or storage facilities at the meeting point. We recommend leaving personal belongings in the car.
It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
