Full description
SUP riding is like floating on a magic carpet on water! Discover this fun water activity with a basic SUP lesson in Riccione.
In just one hour , you will learn all the basics of standing on a board and moving around with the help of a paddle. After a theoretical part on the beach, you will enter the water and practice the positions shown by the instructor.

What we will do
We will meet on the beach in Riccione at the time chosen during the booking process. Here you will get to know your instructor and the small group of participants with whom you will share the experience. Each instructor follows a maximum of 5 participants, to ensure a good quality of teaching.
After a brief introduction, we will move on to the theoretical part of the lesson, which lasts approximately 15 minutes. We will discover all the basics of SUP, from the history of the sport to the different types of boards and main positions. We will also learn how to use the paddle and move around on the board in the safest and most effective way. We will use boards suitable for beginners, which provide greater stability and control.
After acquiring the basics, we will enter the water to test what we have learnt. We will find the correct balance on the board and then begin the actual movement in the water, first on our knees and then on our feet. We will become one with our paddle and get to move in the sea independently.
At the end of our SUP ride we will return to the shore and be able to use the showers and changing rooms at the lido to change.
The duration of the activity will be approximately one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is open to everyone from the age of 6. It is not necessary to have previous SUP experience, but good aquatics skills are required.

The activity takes place from June to September, weather permitting.
Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time.
When booking, you can choose between the '1 lesson' and '3 lessons' options. The 3-lesson package is recommended for those who want to improve their SUP technique.
