Full description
Have you ever used the SUP as a trampoline?
Come paddle on the coast of Sestri Levante and dive into the blue Ligurian Sea! In two hours you will combine the best of two worlds: aStand Up Paddle excursion and a snorkelling experience among seabeds that look like paintings.
Colourful fish, starfish and other wonders await you right under your table!
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the indicated time in Riva Trigoso, a small hamlet of Sestri Levante (GE). We will be welcomed by the environmental and excursion guide, who will also be our SUP instructor.
Before setting off, the guide will explain marine flora and fauna to us with the help of a poster, so that we know what to look for while snorkelling. After this initial briefing, we will receive the necessary equipment - SUP, paddle, safety jacket, reef shoes, waterproof bag and snorkelling gear - and move to the beach for a practical introduction to SUP use and the main safety rules.
We will then start paddling along the coast in the direction of Punta Manara, on an approximately 4 km route that will vary slightly depending on sea conditions and the group.
Once we reach a sheltered cove, we will stop for about 40 minutes of snorkelling: a dive into the blue to explore the underwater world and meet its most fascinating inhabitants, such as rare fish, starfish and moray eels. A small taste of the incredible biodiversity of the Mediterranean Sea!
After snorkelling, we will get back on our SUP boards and return to base, our eyes still full of wonder. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 10. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the venue to sign the necessary forms.
It is not required to know how to swim.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The meeting point is also easily accessible by public transport. On-site parking is available for a fee.
A changing room and space to leave luggage are available at the venue.
It is possible to participate with your own dog, as long as it is small or medium-sized and well socialised.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
