You may be familiar with the Bay of Naples but you've never explored it on SUP!
Paddle out and discover the main attractions of the coastline with our 2-hour SUP tour. After an introductory lesson in the company of our qualified instructor, you'll be ready to 'sail' through the evocative waters of the Bay of Naples and land on the Spiaggia delle Monache and the Villa Lauro Beach.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Naples (NA). Welcoming you on your arrival will be me, a qualified instructor, my SUP boards, and the sea of the Bay of Naples!
We'll start with a 30-minute SUP lesson to get familiar with the equipment before venturing out into the sea. Once standing on the board with paddle in hand, we will embark on an itinerary to discover the main attractions of the Gulf of Naples, including the Donn'Anna Palace and the Spiaggia delle Monache, where we will stop for a first break. And then the Grotta Romana, the Villa Martinelli and the Villa Lauro, where we will stop for a second stop (and an aperitif, if you chose the 'tour + aperitif' option when booking).
We will continue our 'navigation' to the Baia del Cenito, Villa Volpicelli, Villa Rosebery, Scoglio Pietra Salata and the Palazzo degli Spiriti. We will then paddle to Villa Imperiale, the Underwater Park of Gaiola and the Bay of Trentaremi before returning to the meeting point after about 1.5 hours in the water.
The experience lasts a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the experience.
The activity requires a minimum of experience in SUP, i.e. you must have already tried this discipline; if the guide feels that the participant is not suitable for the SUP excursion, he will propose the kayak excursion as an alternative.
Other information
The tour is available from April to November and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
The itinerary may vary at the instructor's discretion depending on weather and sea conditions.
A changing room with showers and lockers is available at the meeting point.
Would you like to add an aperitif to this experience? Choose the 'tour + aperitif' option when booking. The menu includes a glass of prosecco, chips, hazelnuts and taralli; there are no changes to the menu for dietary requirements or preferences.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
