Set off from Ischia for a 1-hour SUP tour, learn to paddle with an instructor and have fun exploring the beauty of Citara Bay.

What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Ischia (NA), where our instructor will be waiting for us, who will provide us with all the necessary equipment (SUP, paddle and life jacket) . We will then attend a briefing of about 5-10 minutes to learn the basics of paddling and how to maintain balance on the board.
Once we have gained confidence, we will enter the water with our guide to start exploring the Bay of Citara, passing the famous Poseidon thermal park. Depending on the weather and sea conditions, we will either proceed to the Pirates ' Rock, enter the suggestive Pirates' Grotto and reach wonderful natural pools, or we will paddle along the opposite side, admiring the Whale Rock and the Scogli Innamorati and discovering hidden beaches and coves invisible from the mainland.
During the excursion, the guide will reveal the secrets of the coastline and support us in perfecting our technique. At the end of the paddle, we will return to our starting point with our eyes full of beautiful views!
The activity will last a total of 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 5; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
To participate in the experience, it is not necessary to know how to swim , but it is essential to be comfortable with water.

The activity takes place from mid-April to the end of October. The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather conditions and the participants' technical abilities.
Please note: 2 adult participants pay a discounted rate of €70 in total. With a minimum of 3 adults you can book with a 10% discount while with a minimum of 5 adults you can book with a 20% discount. Contact us to make your reservation!
On request, it is possible to have a waterproof bag for storing valuables to take with you during the activity.
Toilets, changing rooms, showers and a storage room for valuables are available at the meeting point.
Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
