We'll bring you your coffee today... but first you have to paddle it!
Set off from Porto Cesareo on a SUP with a guide and glide through turquoise waters to the beautiful Isola dei Conigli. On the island, a regenerating dive awaits you and a breakfast overlooking the sea will make your morning truly special.
Because here, waking up has a unique flavour: that of Salento.
What we will do
We will meet at the indicated time in Porto Cesareo (LE), where the guide will welcome us with all the necessary equipment.
After a briefing of about 15-20 minutes, we will learn the basics of paddling SUP both sitting and standing. Once we are ready, we will set off forRabbit Island, paddling through turquoise hues and transparent waters.
If the sea is calm, we can stop to observe the fascinating submerged Roman columns, a real step back in time. Once at theisland, we will take a break to enjoy the sun and a refreshing swim.
During the break, it will be time for breakfast with coffee and sweet treats (if conditions do not permit, we will have breakfast in a café before or after the tour). After enjoying this moment of relaxation, we will get back on the SUPs and paddle back to the starting point, for a total of about 2 km.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 18.
To participate, you must be able to swim, have no motor problems and not exceed a weight of 100 kg.
Other information
The activity takes place on Saturdays and Sundays, from May to October, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The guide will take photos during the hike, which will be shared via WhatsApp.
No showers, changing rooms or secure storage for personal belongings are available at the meeting point.
It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, you can notify the organisers in advance. Gluten-free alternatives are not guaranteed: in this case, please bring your own snacks.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; free and paid parking spaces are available nearby.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
