Join our sunrise SUP tour: in the company of a qualified instructor, paddle out to discover the main attractions of the Bay of Naples. And land on the Villa Lauro Beach, to enjoy a croissant and coffee as the sun says good morning to the city of Naples.
A 2-hour experience, the time it takes for the sun to rise from the sea!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the indicated time at the meeting point in Naples (NA). Welcoming you on your arrival will be me, a qualified instructor, my SUP boards, and the sun rising on the horizon!
We'll start with a 30-minute SUP lesson to get familiar with the equipment before venturing out into the sea. Once standing on the board with paddle in hand, we will embark on an itinerary to discover the main attractions of the Gulf of Naples, even more impressive under the warm light of dawn.
These include Palazzo Donn'Anna, the Spiaggia delle Monache, the Grotta Romana, Villa Martinelli and Villa Lauro, where we will land. It is on this very beach that we will stop to enjoy a breakfast of croissant, coffee or fruit juice (included), while the sun continues its ascent to the sky and bids good morning to the city of Naples!
We will then return to the boardwalk to reach the Baia del Cenito, Villa Volpicelli, Villa Rosebery, the Pietra Salata rock and the Palazzo degli Spiriti. We will paddle to Villa Imperiale, the underwater park of Gaiola and the Bay of Trentaremi before returning to the meeting point after about 1.5 hours in the water.
The experience lasts a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the experience.
The activity requires a minimum of experience in SUP, i.e. you must have already tried this discipline; if the guide feels that the participant is not suitable for the SUP excursion, he will propose the kayak excursion as an alternative.
Other information
The tour is available from April to November and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
The itinerary may vary at the instructor's discretion depending on weather and sea conditions.
A changing room with showers and lockers is available at the meeting point.
There are no changes to the menu for dietary requirements or preferences.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
