Enjoy a SUP tour in Polignano a Mare to discover one of the most famous locations in Puglia. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the quaint village perched on the high and rugged coastline from the sea.
Paddle your way gently through the crystal-clear sea, taking the opportunity to visit some of Polignano's famous caves and take a refreshing dip in the coves.
Follow the route indicated by your guide and experience wonderful moments of fun and entertainment on the water!
What we will do
We will meet at Cala Paura in Polignano a Mare (BA). The instructor will hand us our SUP board and paddle and we will be ready to go, not before having had a short technical lesson.
After that, we will start paddling along the coast, which with its natural beauty will immediately make us disconnect from the world and become one with the marine environment around us.
We will discover bays, beaches, rocky inlets and hidden corners of paradise, stopping at the best spots to take a dip in the spectacular blue waters of Puglia.
The activity will last one and a half hours and will end with a return to the meeting point.

The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 14. It is necessary to know how to stay afloat.
