SUP, or Stand Up Paddle, is definitely the most popular water activity in recent years. Don't miss the chance to try it yourself with our 3-hour tour in San Benedetto del Tronto.
You will learn the basics of this discipline from an expert instructor and enjoy a splendid tour along the coast.
Paddle after paddle, you will reach the enchanting Sentina Regional Nature Reserve before diving into the pristine waters of the mid-Adriatic Sea for a refreshing swim. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The meeting point is on the South Promenade in San Benedetto del Tronto (AP). On arrival, we will be welcomed by theinstructor and given a SUP board, paddle and life jacket. We will then have an exhaustive briefing of about 15 to 20 minutes, in which the fundamentals and secrets of this fun discipline will be revealed to us.
Once we have become familiar with the board, we will set off in a group towards the enchanting Sentina Regional Nature Reserve, consisting of unique environments such as sandy shores, wetlands and brackish grasslands that are home to rich vegetation.
The instructor will accompany us to show us all the secrets of this fascinating place and to ensure our safety. Once at the reserve, we will enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea and , after about two and a half hours of the tour, we will return to our starting point in San Benedetto del Tronto.
The activity has a total duration of about 3 hours.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
