Full description
They say Porto Selvaggio is paradise... but until you get there by SUP you can't really understand it.
Departing from the port of Santa Caterina, you'll follow your guide along the coast on an approximately 3-hour ride, past sea caves, Mediterranean vegetation and rejuvenating swim stops.
The adventure will take you as far as the inlet of Porto Selvaggio, a protected natural area that will let you breathe in all the magic of Salento!
What we will do
We will meet at the indicated time in Santa Caterina (LE), a hamlet of Nardò, where the guide will welcome us with all the necessary equipment.
After a briefing of about 15-20 minutes, we will learn the basics of SUP paddling both seated and standing. Once ready, we will start paddling along the coast in the direction of Porto Selvaggio. Along the way, we will make a couple of bathroom stops to relax and cool off, taking advantage of the beauty of the seabed.
One of the most exciting stops will be a cave with blue reflections, which provides a magical atmosphere thanks to the light penetrating inside, framed by the mighty Torre dell'Alto.
Once in Porto Selvaggio, we will stop for a longer break: free time for a regenerating swim, to enjoy the landscape and perhaps recharge our batteries with a snack.
After this moment of relaxation, we will get back on the SUPs and head back towards Santa Caterina, concluding our experience together over a distance of about 3 km.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 18.
To participate, you must be able to swim, have no motor problems and not exceed a weight of 100 kg.
Other information
The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The guide will take photos during the hike, which will be shared via WhatsApp.
No showers, changing rooms or secure storage for personal belongings are available at the meeting point.
It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; free and paid parking spaces are available nearby.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
