Do you love the sea and want to try your hand at a new water activity? Then it's time to try SUP!
Thanks to a 2½-hour tour suitable for everyone, beginners and non-beginners alike, you can learn how to balance on the board and walk on the water with the help of a paddle.
All topped off with the wonder of the Sardinian sea and its pristine beaches along Cagliari's Sella del Diavolo. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Marina Piccola di Cagliari (CA).
First, we will receive the necessary equipment to carry out the activity, i.e. SUP, paddle and watertight bag to store personal items.
We will undertake a first theoretical-practical part of 15-20 minutes where we will learn how to use the SUP and how to balance on the board with the paddle, so that the activity can be carried out in complete tranquillity.
At the end of the briefing we will begin our real sea tour: we will sail for about half an hour to reach a small, picturesque beach, located under the Sella del Diavolo, Cagliari's beautiful promontory. Surrounded by rocky ridges and accessible only by sea, it will be the perfect place to take a swim, relax, and take pictures of the experience.
Depending on sea conditions, we may choose to reach a nearby cave, which can be visited by SUP.
We will finally return to the meeting place after 2 ½ hours of activity.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age. Children aged 5 to 9 participate free of charge on board a SUP with an adult. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A maximum weight of 120 kg, good mobility and physical fitness are required.
Itis not necessary to know how to swim: a life jacket is provided if required.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round, subject to weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Thestart time of the activity will be confirmed the day before departure, depending on weather and sea conditions.
During the excursion, a waterproof bag is provided for storing personal items, which can also be left in a van parked near the meeting point.
Dogs are not allowed during the activity.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
