Join our 1½-hour surfing lesson in Recco and learn to ride the waves!
An experienced instructor will teach you the main theoretical and practical concepts of this fascinating discipline so you can get into the water and stand up on the board.
If you already have surfing experience, you will be able to improve your technique on the board and pick up more speed on the waves. Come and put yourself to the test!
What we will do
We will meet at the time selected when booking in Recco (GE) where thesurf instructor will be waiting for us, who will form groups according to the level of the participants.
Beginners will learn the basics of surfing by starting with half an hour of theory and then getting into the water and moving on to the practical part. It will be a real challenge to stand on the board and ride the waves!
The more experienced surfers, on the other hand, will delve into the various techniques and then jump into the water to improve their posture and learn how to pick up speed on the waves.
The total duration of the lesson is about one and a half hours, including half an hour of theory and one hour of practice.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 5. It is suitable for inexperienced beginners as well as for those who want to improve their technique on the board.
It is necessary to know how to swim.
Other information
Lessons take place throughout the year. The experience is confirmed when the minimum number of 3 participants is reached.
Important: as this is an activity strongly influenced by the weather, it is necessary to contact the instructor a day or two before the activity to get confirmation. Safety first: if the weather forecast is not good, the lesson will be postponed to a new date or cancelled.
The lido is equipped with changing rooms, showers and lockers where you can leave your personal belongings.
The annual membership fee (10€) is included in the participation fee.
