Full description
Leave the comforts of everyday life behind for a day and immerse yourself in nature for a fun and educational experience: with a day of survival and bushcraft you will learn how to cope in any situation!
Our experienced instructors will teach you how to build a fire using primitive methods, construct rudimentary tools, prepare a shelter, recognise edible plants and much more.
It will be a real return to the origins in the splendid landscape ofAlto Garda and the Sarca Valley.
What we will do
We will meet at 8.30 a.m . at the base camp in Arco (TN). Just enough time for introductions and a brief introductory briefing, and we will get straight into the heart of the course.
The day's activities will includelighting fires using primitive methods, building rudimentary tools and an emergency shelter, drinking water and recognising edible plants.
In addition to this, the instructors will give first aid hints, teach us how to orient ourselves with a compass and the signs of the environment, and explain how to prepare the perfect hiking backpack with everything we need to be ready in case of need.
The course will end around 4 p.m . with the handing out of certificates of participation.

This activity is at an easy level, no previous experience is required and you can participate from 8 years old and up.

The activity takes place throughout the year on the dates indicated in the calendar (continuously updated) and will be confirmed when there are at least 4 participants, weather permitting.
A list of thenecessary equipment will be provided to you by the organiser after booking. If you do not have them, you can buy them or rent them from the school by requesting them in advance.
The programme may vary depending on the season.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
