A lifestyle in the open air, in contact with nature. If this is what you want to teach your children, we recommend enrolling them in our survival course!
A day in the morainic hills of Lake Garda, learning useful survival techniques alternating with themed games. All under the careful supervision of CSEN Survival certified instructors, trained for the occasion.
And in the meantime, you can spend a carefree day on nearby Lake Garda!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before 09:30 in Lonato del Garda (BS). Welcoming us on arrival will be the CSEN Survival certified instructor. For the parents, this will be the moment to say goodbye to the little 'adventurers', who will remain in the care of the instructor while they enjoy a day on Lake Garda.
After gathering the group, the instructor will give a short presentation of the experience. This will be followed by a walk of about 1 km to the venue, in the heart of the Garda moraine hills. The activity will take place in the woods, in an ideal natural setting to strengthen the bond with the environment and promote an outdoor lifestyle.
During the day, children will learn survival techniques such as:
- lighting a fire
- purifyingwater;
- build a shelter;
- using ropes and knots.
All activities will take place under the constant supervision of the instructor and in total safety. The teachings will be proposed with a playful-educational approach and enriched with themed games.
The experience lasts a total of 7 hours and ends at around 16:30.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 8 to 16 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult to the experience location and will then be left in the care of specially trained CSEN Survival certified instructors ; parents will then have the opportunity to spend a day on nearby Lake Garda.
This activity is suitable for beginners and experts in survival courses: the instructors will customise the day according to the participants' level of experience, teaching the basics or advising on how to improve technique.
This activity is not recommended for children with disabilities.
Other information
The experience is available from September to June, excluding December and January, and is confirmed once a minimum number of five participants has been reached.
There is parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
