Full description
Would you like to experience being shipwrecked on a deserted island? With this marine survival course, you will have to learn to cope on your own and with what the environment provides.
From the port of Termoli you will travel by boat to the Petacciato Marina reserve, which will be your home for two days, and together with an experienced instructor, you will learn basic bushcraft and survival techniques.
You will build a shelter, a raft and rudimentary tools, light a fire, learn how to orient yourself and much more. Get ready for a real adventure!
What we will do
We will meet on the first day at 9:00 am at the port of Termoli (CB). From there we will kayak to the Petacciato Marina reserve, characterised by extensive dunes of fine sand and a lush pine forest where we will find refreshment even on the hottest days.
We will set up our base on the free beach and immediately begin with the various activities included in the survival course. First, we will have to build ourselves a shelter for the night using branches, reeds, vegetation and everything that nature provides.
In the afternoon, we will alternate moments of leisure and relaxation with other bushcraft and survival activities. At sunset, we will light a fire and prepare dinner using the trappeur method, that is, using only embers and rudimentary tools.
Spending the night on the beach under the stars, with the sound of the waves in the background, will be exciting. In the morning, we will wake up with the light of the sun, ready for a new day as castaways. Among the day's activities, we will also try our hand at building a raft.
The course ends in the late afternoon of the second day, after we have removed all traces of our passage and left the beach in perfect condition. We will return to the starting point by kayak.

This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone from 15 years old and up. No special skills or experience are required, just a spirit of adaptation and a desire for adventure.
