Full description

Building a shelter, lighting a fire, drinking water.

These are just some of the survival techniques you will learn by taking part in our basic survival course: a qualified instructor will pass on to you all his passion and knowledge for this discipline, accompanying you on a 2-day, 1-nightexperience in contact with nature .

Finally, the event you've been waiting for to get you in the game!

What we will do

The appointment is 10 minutes before 08:30 (Saturday ) at the meeting point in Poggio Mirteto (RI). We will be welcomed by themaster survival instructor who will accompany us on this adventure!

We will spend 2 days and 1 night in the natural setting of the Sabina hills: the experience will take place in a forest at an altitude of 450 metres, in a bucolic but not remote environment, far enough away from modern life and close enough to our own fears. And it is precisely these fears that we will learn to take by the hand during this survival course, putting ourselves at stake between training and fun.

Among the various survival techniques we will learn are: orientation, shelter building, insulation from the cold, fire starting, knots and ropes, water drinking, foraging (gathering edible herbs and fruits) and trapper cooking. All thanks to the teachings of our instructor and thanks to teamwork with our fellow adventurers!

The experience will end the following day (Sunday) at around 17:30.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for 12 years and over; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult participating in the activity.

The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first survival experience; a spirit of adaptation is required.

The route does not include any sections that might disturb those suffering from vertigo. During the experience, the 13-metre-high Montorso Tower will be climbed: those who suffer from vertigo may not look out.

Other information

Attention! The activity will also take place in the event of bad weather and will only be cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions at the instructor's discretion.

The experience takes place all year round on the dates indicated in the calendar and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 5 participants.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport: contact the instructor to request a free pick-up service at the Poggio Mirteto railway station where trains to/from Rome and Fiumicino arrive.

If you will be taking any medication or other personal precautions with you, please contact the instructor at the contact details indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail to communicate this.

The membership is valid for one year: you can return for the experience or other experiences offered by the same instructor without paying this cost again.
