Full description
Do you loveadrenaline and want to experience an extraordinary feeling of freedom in an extraordinary natural setting ? A tandem paragliding flight in the Pollino National Park is just the thing for you!
You will follow the updrafts and fly like a hawk over Italy's largest protected area, located between Calabria and Basilicata on the Pollino massif.
You will be comfortably seated to admire the valleys, mountain ranges and enchanting landscapes of the area while an experienced pilot will provide you with a true adventure in the skies!
What we will do
We will meet the pilot in Frascineto (CS ) and reach the take-off point several hundred metres higher up by shuttle bus.
Before the flight, we will have a short briefing on the operation of the paraglider and the rules of behaviour. Then we will put on our helmet andharness and prepare to take off from the ground!
All it takes is a short run-up and we will find ourselves suspended in the air, flying with the updrafts above the Pollino massif with its peaks, pristine valleys, wild and lush nature and the distant sea on the horizon.
We will live anunforgettable experience , alternating between adrenalin rushes and moments when we will be completely enveloped in peace and silence. We will never want to go ashore again!
The activity will last about 1 hour in total, including transfers, preparation and flight lasting between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the winds of the day.
Who it is aimed at
Tandem paragliding is an activity within everyone's reach, as long as you are in good health, able to make a short run and weigh between 30 and 130 kg.
Other information
This activity can be carried out all year round on weekends, with the exception of the month of August when it is flown every day.
Paragliding is an activity closely linked to weather conditions. The day before the scheduled date, the pilot will confirm the flight after checking the latest weather report.
Simultaneous flights of up to 3 participants at a time can be organised on request.
The participation fee includes the video of the experience (delivered on Micro SD).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
