What if I told you that you could become a child again for a few hours with this activity?
In this unmissable tarzaning experience, an expert instructor will guide you to discover the primordial movements that you have forgotten growing up.
You can run, jump, climb trees and test yourself for 3 hours, immersed in the magnificent hilly landscape of Lake Maggiore. Ready foradventure?
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Arona (NO), where our primitive fitness instructor will be waiting for us.
Before starting the tarzaning experience, we will break the ice by taking part in some agility activities for about 40 minutes, which will serve to relax us and awaken our muscles.
Once we have become familiar with our bodies and are in tune with the surrounding nature, we will be ready to begin the actual experience, during which we will perform actions that will make us rediscover some primordial movements.
The hilly landscape in which we will be immersed will create arelaxed atmosphere, perfect for learning to listen to our bodies and test their limits. With the instructor's advice, we will put ourselves to the test: we will run, jump, climb trees, throw and, during the warmer seasons, dive into the lake.
In three hours of activity we will have fun experimenting with movements we are not used to and discover new possible activities for free-body exercise outdoors, perhaps together with our friends. We will feel like children again and embrace some of the carefreeness that is missing from our everyday lives!
At the end of the experience we will feel a bit like Tarzan: free, happy and full of energy!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 6 and up. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 can participate in the activity upon signing a release form from a responsible adult.
The experience includes some stretches in the water, but it is not necessary to know how to swim to participate.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants aged 14 or older (adult rate).
The meeting point can be reached by public transport and free parking spaces are available nearby.
Transfer to and from the venue will take place independently, with one's own car.
Dogs are not allowed.
