Wine lover, this is the perfect trip for you!
Discover the world of Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG and all its variations at the Gli Allori winery, passionately run by three cousins united by their love of wine.
During theone-and-a-half hour experience, you will walk through the vineyards of the winery, in the beautiful setting of the Prosecco hills, and taste 5 wines that tell the story and philosophy of this interesting reality.
What we will do
The appointment is at the Gli Allori winery in Conegliano (TV), 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
Here you will be welcomed by one of the winery partners, Giacomo, Giulio and Matilde, three cousins who have taken up the family legacy with an innovative and sustainable approach to winemaking.
Before the tasting you will have the opportunity to walk around the vineyards for about 20 minutes and learn more about the philosophy of the winery and this unique territory, the Prosecco hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
One glance will be enough to understand why these places have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Among the rows of vines you will also find the laurels that give the property its name, centuries-old plants that bear witness to a very ancient history.
After the walk, you will sit down for a wine tasting outdoors with a panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards and hills (or in an indoor room, in case of bad weather). Here you can taste 5 representative wines from the winery, each with a beautiful label, created by local artists:
- A'llori Metodo classico - dosage zero
- Le Tose Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut
- Le Tose Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry
- Le Tose Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive
- Prima Luna Prosecco on yeasts - Brut nature
The tasting will be accompanied by breadsticks, but when booking you can also request a board with focaccia, cold meats and mixed cheeses (optional - €5).
The experience will last a total of 1.5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Minors may take part in the experience free of charge; water and juice will be available for them.
The tasting area is accessible for buggies and prams.
Other information
The experience is bookable from April to October, every day, and is for private groups of up to 30 people.
When booking, you can request a chopping board with focaccia, artisan bread, cold meats and cheeses at an extra cost of €5 per person.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances , or if you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, please contact the winery at the contact details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know.
On-site parking is available for guests. It is not possible to reach the winery by public transport.
Dogs are welcome.
