How much do you know about beer? The correct answer is: never enough!
Whether you are a casual drinker or a true connoisseur, this tasting by Birrificio Agricolo Pagus will introduce you to the surprising world of farmhouse beer, made from raw materials cultivated by the company itself.
You will taste no less than 4 different beers and you will be able to put your nose to the test through an olfactory workshop that (of course) includes a winner. If we were you, we'd start 'reviewing'!
What we will do
The appointment is at 15: 00 at the Pagus Agricultural Brewery, located in Darfo, a hamlet of Boario Terme (BS) . Here we will get acquainted with the guide who will seat us in the Pagus Area, the cosy tasting room.
The experience will begin with an introductory explanation in which we will learn how real farmhouse beer is brewed, with an in-depth look at the raw materials that are cultivated in the fields adjacent to the brewery.
Following this, we will participate in a sensory workshop, challenging each other to see who among us can guess the most aromas. It will be a moment of play and discovery, which will catapult us into the world of hops and essential oils!
Finally, it will be time for the actual tasting . We will taste 4 different types of beer, divided between 'classic' (such as the 100% self-produced weiss ) and 'seasonal'. In combination with the beers, we will be served a platter of cold meats, cheeses and other local products from the local area.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over, as beer tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. Any accompanying under-age participants will be provided with organic fruit juice.
The entire facility is wheelchair-accessible as well as stroller-accessible .

The activity takes place from September to April on Saturdays and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are allowed if provided with a leash and muzzle.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
