Full description
My lady, my lord, tea is served!
This is the voice that will echo in your head during our guided tea tasting in Bussoleno: accompanied by a Tea Sommelier, you’ll learn about and appreciate different types of single-origin tea.
A 2-hour experience that will have you raising your elbow (and your little finger) !
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Bussoleno (TO). Once there, we’ll meet the Tea Sommelier who’ll be guiding us on this adventure!
On arrival, we’ll take our seats in the private room, specially prepared for the occasion. The experience consists of a guided tea tasting to discover colours, aromas, flavours and much more! From the origin of the leaves to processing techniques and the tea ceremony: depending on the theme of the day, we’ll explore these and many other aspects of tea culture.
Some of the topics we might cover, depending on the group’s preferences, include:
- An introduction to the world of tea and its families
- An in-depth look at green tea
- An in-depth look at black tea
- An in-depth look at a tea-producing country (India, China, Japan)
During the session, we will taste four single-origin teas.
The session lasts approximately 2 hours in total.
