Let's do a mindfulness exercise: close your eyes and think of a heavenly landscape.
Done? I bet it's not so different from a sunset over the sea in the Cinque Terre!
Experience aboat trip at sunset departing from La Spezia or Portovenere and immerse yourself for 5 hours in a daydream in the wonderful setting of the Cinque Terre.
What we will do
We will meet in La Spezia or Portovenere, depending on the option selected at the time of booking, 15 minutes before the indicated time. We will be welcomed by our skipper, ready to accompany us on a dream day!
Once on board our comfortable gozzo, we will start sailing along the Ligurian coast, with a privileged view of Portovenere and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. We will be able to admire the pastel-coloured houses of the Riviera from the water, an enchanting landscape that will make us feel immersed in the magic of Liguria.
We will continue as we approach the scenic Church of San Pietro and Byron's Grotto, famous for being a source of inspiration for the poet. We will pass these wonders to reach Monesteroli, a small village to be admired only from the sea, with its charming bay and breathtaking cliffs.
We will then arrive in Riomaggiore, the first of the five villages of the Cinque Terre. We will drive past the village in the direction of Manarola and Corniglia, surrounded by increasingly spectacular views. Once in Vernazza, we will take a 1-hour shore break to explore the village and enjoy lunch (not included).
We will then resume sailing towards Monterosso. Here we can dive into the crystal-clear waters in a 45-minute swim stop, during which we can use the snorkelling equipment provided by the organiser. There will be at least two bathing stops in total, both in the Cinque Terre Park.
At sunset, we will be able to experience the most special moment of the day: surrounded by a unique panorama, we will relax and refresh ourselves with an aperitif based on traditional Ligurian products, while admiring the sunset that tinges the sky and the sea with orange hues.
Finally, we will return towards the starting point, admiring the Cinque Terre illuminated by the light of dusk. The experience will last about 5 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 7 years of age.
Minors participate accompanied.
The activity is not suitable for wheelchair users, persons with reduced mobility and pregnant women.

Other information
The activity is available from March to December.
The boat is an 8-metre-long gozzo equipped with cushions, an ascending ladder, awning, stereo and freshwater shower. Snorkelling equipment and a life jacket are available on board.

Prams are not permitted on board.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
Both meeting points are accessible by public transport and have a car park nearby.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
