Relaxation, sea and an enchanting view await you on our half-day Marettimo cave tour.
Aboard a comfortable boat, you will visit the island's numerous caves such as the Grotta del Presepe and the Grotta della Bombarda. During the tour you will dive into crystal-clear waters, snorkel and admire the breathtaking panorama.
With this tour you will reach the wildest and most unspoilt of the Egadi Islands. We are waiting for you to discover it together!
What we will do
The rendezvous is at Porto Scalo Nuovo in Marettimo. Here we will be met by the skipper and, once we are all embarked, we will be ready to leave. We will begin to circumnavigate the island, heading north to reach the first caves. We will pass the Camel Cave, the Thunder Cave and the Pipe Cave.
We will then have time available for an initial swim stop at the Spiaggia del Libano (Lebanon Beach), to the north of the island, and then head towards Cala Bianca, one of Marettimo's most picturesque. We will dive and swim in the crystal-clear sea wearing a snorkelling mask to discover the seabed.
We will then continue on to discover the Grotta Perciata, the Grotta Ficaredda, the Grotta del Presepe until we reach the Grottine degli Innamorati, where we will try to swim through the tunnels connecting them. We will continue until we reach the Grotta della Bombarda, where a characteristic whiff is created inside a small crevice during sea storms.
We will make one last stop at Cala Finocchio Marino, where snorkelling enthusiasts will be amazed by the quantity of fish and marine flora moving in the crystal-clear waters. We will finally return to the port of Marettimo, for a total duration of around four hours.

The activity is available daily from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of five participants.
The boat available for the tour is a modernAphrodite boat , 2.65 metres wide and 8 metres long. It is equipped with a 150 hp Yamaha engine with a sun canopy and ladder.
Dogs are not allowed on board.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
