Would you also call yourself a lover of wine and the sea? After all, it's hard not to be!
Celebrate these two elements with a boat tour to the Cinque Terre with wine tasting. You will discover 5 wineries that produce this nectar from grapes that grow looking out to sea!
You will sail by boat along the fascinating coastline of the Cinque Terre, past vineyards perched on cliffs overlooking the sea and clear waters. And at each stop, you will taste a wine chosen from the finest local wineries, learning the characteristics and curiosities of each producer.
There, now you can say you are a true lover of wine and the certified sea!
What we will do
The meeting with the skipper is in Manarola, at the time selected during the booking process. After meeting the skipper, we will board the gozzo Obelix and start sailing along the rugged but fabulous coastline of the Cinque Terre.
During the tour, we will stop in front of five wineries and vineyards that are right on the sea front. Each vineyard has its own history, tradition and personality, which are reflected in the wine it produces.
Depending on availability, five DOC wines will be tasted from the following wineries: Azienda Agricola Possa, Cantine Litan, Forlini Cappellini, Coop Agricoltura 5 Terre, La Polenza, Cian du Giorgi, Cantina Cheo and Azienda Agricola Vetua.
The skipper will tell us the most interesting facts about each winery, and we will taste a table wine chosen from the finest labels. We will be able to savour the taste and aroma of each wine, noting the differences due to soil type, sun exposure and grape quality.
It will be an opportunity to test our senses, allowing us to appreciate even more these lands and their unique products.
At the end of our tour - and also of the fifth glass - we will head back to Manarola to return to port. The experience lasts a total of about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 18.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible, but is accessible for those with walking difficulties.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to October.
You will be on board theObelix, a 9-metre gozzo with a shower, cushions, 12 seats in the cabin and a fridge to keep drinks cool. However, it does not have a bathroom, so it is advisable to go to the toilet before embarking.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
Thereare no bathroom stops during the tour.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
