If you are on holiday in Puglia , you cannot miss one of the most characteristic tours, the one among the sea caves of Polignano a Mare: a true show of nature!
Imagine: 90 minutes of pure wonder, on board a boat that will take you along one of Italy's most breathtaking coastlines.
At the helm, a skipper will take you to hidden nooks and crannies where sun, sea and rocks come together in a perfect union. Get ready to climb aboard (and toast)!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before the indicated time in Polignano a Mare (BA), at San Vito.
The skipper will welcome us on the motor boat and we will be ready to set off on a tour of Polignano's caves.
We will explore the Grotta Palazzese and the Grotte dell'Amore, among the most famous, but there will also be stops at hidden spots where we can admire the fantastic play of light created by the sun's rays filtering through the rocks and meeting the sea.
We will pass by the Scoglio dell'Eremita (Hermit's Rock) and the statue of Domenico Modugno, a famous citizen of Polignano a Mare, who with his arms wide open seems to still be singing "Volare" to his city. We will stop several times to take a dip and snorkel inthese wonderful waters and, to finish, we will toast with prosecco and Apulian taralli.
The total duration of the excursion is 90 minutes, with a return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The tour is not accessible to those with mobility difficulties.

The activity takes place from May to September.
The excursion takes place on boardFisherman 21 motor boats (6 m long and approved for 10 persons), equipped with sunshade, shower and ladder for entering the water. The organiser has 5 boats. In the case of groups of more than 10 participants, the group will be divided among several boats.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
If you are unable to reach the departure point on your own, after booking you can arrange a transfer service (by tuk tuk, €10 per person per return, payable locally).

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
