Full description
There is no better restaurant with a view of Portovenere than this one.
We are talking about our boat excursion with lunch on board! Enjoy sailing in the beautiful setting of the Golfo dei Poeti, from Portovenere to Lerici, and dive into the shade of the colourful houses characteristic of the Ligurian Riviera.
A day overlooking the sea, or rather, at sea!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 10 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point in La Spezia. Waiting for us will be the skipper, who will welcome us on board his motor boat.
Once we have finished boarding all the passengers, we will set sail in the beautiful setting of the Golfo dei Poeti. We will say goodbye to the merchant atmosphere and head for the Portovenere Islands, which we will reach after about 20 minutes of sailing, enjoying the view of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. Our next stop will be Lord Byron's Grotto, a scenic inlet that inspired the English poet of the same name and will not fail to enchant us too!
And here we come to Portovenere, a characteristic village on the Ligurian Riviera that welcomes us with its colourful little houses. We will anchor right in front of this picture-postcard image, during a swimming stop of at least one and a half hours. In the meantime, lunch will be served on board, featuring assorted appetisers and a first course, with traditional Italian ingredients and recipes.
With a full belly and full heart, we will resume sailing towards Lerici: here too we will anchor for a one-hour swimming stop, which we can spend snorkelling to discover the seabed or relaxing on the mattress available to guests.
We will finally return to the meeting point at 16:00. The experience will last a total of 6 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits. Children under the age of 18 may participate unaccompanied.
The boat is not accessible to persons with mobility problems.

The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
The duration and itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions at the skipper's discretion.
The boat is a motorboat equipped with a shaded area, shower and toilet.
Dogs are not allowed.

On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
