We are made up of 90 per cent water. And so is the city of Mantua.
Let yourself be carried away by this element on our boat tour of Mantua: you’ll cruise through the natural scenery of the Mincio Park, surrounded by its distinctive flora, whilst enjoying a unique panoramic view of the city.
A 1-hour-and-45-minute experience combining art, nature and modernity!
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Mantua. The crew will be there to welcome us aboard the motorboat!
Once we’ve boarded, we’ll be ready to set sail to explore the city of Mantua and the Mincio Park. On board, a member of the crew will be on hand to describe the itinerary and the sights we’ll come across along the way.
We’ll sail through Lago di Mezzo, Lago Inferiore and the Vallazza Nature Reserve. The journey will continue until we reach a lock chamber featuring the distinctive ‘Vinciane’ sluice gates: an example of hydraulic engineering dating back to Egyptian times, which will allow the boat to overcome a drop of approximately 1. 50 metres and enter the Port of Mantua.
We will then return to the meeting point. An opportunity to experience the city of Mantua by following the common thread that links art, nature and modernity: water!
The experience will last 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
