Full description
Set off on a unique experience: a boat tour of the Sirmione peninsula with a stop ashore! Set off from Desenzano and sail across Lake Garda.
During the cruise, you’ll be able to enjoy the views of the Sirmione Peninsula and its most iconic attractions, such as the Rocca Scaligera and the Grotte di Catullo. Once you’ve docked, you’ll have 2 hours of free time to explore the village and stroll through its historic streets.
Take a seat on board, let yourself be lulled by the waters of the lake and enjoy the spectacle!
What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the time selected during the booking process in Desenzano (BS). Once all participants are seated on board, we will be ready to set sail immediately in the direction of Sirmione!
We will sail around the Sirmione peninsula for about half an hour to admire its main attractions. We will see the Scaliger Castle with its medieval harbour, the Aquaria spa with its sulphurous springs, and the Grottoes of Catullus, one of the largest archaeological sites in northern Italy, housing the remains of a residential villa from the Augustan era.
We will disembark at Sirmione, where we will have 2 hours of free time to visit the village, discover its most picturesque corners or relax on the shores of the lake.
Back on board, we will finally return to the meeting point after 1 hour of navigation in total.
The activity lasts about 3 hours in total, between the boat ride and the stop.

The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
The boat is not accessible to people with mobility problems.

The tour runs from April to September and is confirmed once a minimum of 10 participants has been reached.
Please note: if you book the 11. 00 tour from Desenzano, you will return at 13. 40 from Sirmione; for the 13. 00 tour, you will return at 15. 40; for the 3. 00 pm tour, the return will be at 6. 40 pm.
The itinerary and duration may vary depending on weather conditions, at the skipper’s discretion.
There is no guide on board; information about the sites is provided via an audio guide.
The meeting point can be reached by both public transport and by car.
Dogs are not permitted on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
