Full description
Embark on a unique experience: a one-hour boat tour of the Simione peninsula. Set off from Desenzano and venture out to discover this pearl set in the breathtaking scenery of Lake Garda.
You will have the opportunity to admire some of its main attractions, from the Rocca Scaligera, the imposing medieval castle that dominates the entrance to the peninsula to the famous Grotte di Catullo, which will take you back in time.
Sit back, let yourself be lulled by the serene waters of the lake and enjoy the spectacular panorama.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the time selected during the booking process in Desenzano (BS). Once all participants are seated on board, we will be ready to depart immediately in the direction of Sirmione.
Once we reach it, we will sail around the Sirmione peninsula for about half an hour to admire its main attractions. We will see the Scaliger Castle with its medieval harbour, the Aquaria beauty farm, the sulphurous springs and the Grotte di Catullo, the largest Roman construction in northern Italy.
The tour does not include stops to dive from the boat and swim in the lake.
The activity lasts a total of one hour and ends with the return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children aged 0 to 2 years participate free of charge.
The boat is hardly accessible for people with mobility disabilities, as there are no specific boarding facilities on site. To be sure, please contact the operator at the contact details you will receive by email.

The tour runs from June to September, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 10 participants.
The meeting point can be easily reached either by public transport or by car.
