Full description
Have you ever seen a castle from the edge of a sailboat? And an ancient lemon house that seems to float on the water?
This sailing tour will take you along the Venetian shore of Lake Garda to let you admire the lake from a new perspective: with your hands on the ropes, the wind blowing the sail and the skipper ready to teach you the secrets of sailing. You will be able to get close to the Scaliger Castle of Malcesine, skim overTrimelone Island , and discover hidden corners that only the lake can hold.
A2-hour excursion that will end with an aperitif ashore, because every adventure deserves the perfect ending!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Campione del Garda (BS). We will be welcomed by the skipper who will seat us on board the boat, a 7-metre-long sailboat.
Once we have gathered all the participants, we will set sail and head towards the Veneto shore of Lake Garda. Depending on wind conditions, we may stop at the ancient Scaligero Castle in Malcesine, or atTrimelone Island, home to a former military base used in the First and Second World War. Or the Limonaia del Pra de la Fam and Val di Sogno, which is also overlooked by the enchanting Isola dell'Olivo.
During the tour, we can try our hand at manoeuvring the sails following the skipper's instructions, thus experiencing anexcursion that is both educational and scenic at the same time!
We will finally return to the meeting point, where we will be offered an aperitif at the restaurant. Thesailing trip will last approximately2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Good mobility is required to participate. The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

Caution! The itinerary is variable according to wind conditions, at the skipper's discretion.
The activity is available from March to November every day. The tour is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The boat is a 7 m sailing boat, model J22. Safety equipment is available on board. The boat does not have a shaded area. Dogs are not allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. Free and paid parking spaces are available nearby: contact the skipper at the contact details given in your booking email to reserve your parking space.
