Have you ever sipped a glass of Primitivo as the sun dips into the Adriatic? If the answer is no, now is the time to remedy the situation.
We take you to discover the most authentic face of Bari from a privileged perspective, transforming the classic aperitif into a guided sensory experience among the waves: a tasting of 3 wines with typical products.
Prepare to sail on board a spacious dinghy along the city skyline during the golden hour, accompanied by an expert skipper and a professional sommelier. On this 2½-hour excursion, the sea and wine meet to give you a sunset you will long remember!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Bari (BA) . Here we will meet our skipper and sommelier who will welcome us on board the dinghy to begin our evening sail.
We will set sail, leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind us to admire the waterfront that is tinged with gold. During the tour, we will relax lulled by the movement of the sea, while the sommelier will begin to tell us the secrets of Apulian grape varieties, introducing us to a technical and engaging tasting of three selected wines.
We will taste different expressions of the territory, such as Primitivo rosé, a young red and a riserva, or other excellences such as Negramaro and Susumaniello. The tasting will be accompanied by a gourmet aperitif kit with typical flavours of the Bari area: the inevitable focaccia, artisan taralli and a refreshing iced fruit salad.
Finally, we will return to the starting point admiring the city lights starting to turn on along the coastline. The activity will last a total of 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The wine-tasting experience is for adults only. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult; they will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
Children up to the age of 5 participate free of charge; please contact the organiser to indicate their presence (you will receive contact details by email with your booking confirmation)
The boat is not accessible for wheelchair users or persons with reduced mobility.
Other information
The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 4 participants.
The boat used is a 7. 10-metre-long dinghy, equipped with an awning, stereo, shower and climbing ladder. It is preferable to be barefoot on board.
In the event of food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport or on foot from the centre of Bari. Free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
