Full description
Try Stand Up Paddle for the first time in Monte di Procida, in the province of Naples.
In an hour and a half, you will have a lesson with an instructor to learn the technique of paddling and how to keep your balance on the board. Afterwards, you will enter the water to try it out and begin the 1 km journey to theislet of San Martino.
You will thus be able to experience the beauty of this exciting discipline, in the beautiful setting of Monte Procida. So, are you with us?
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected when booking in Monte di Procida (NA), where our instructor will be waiting for us with all thenecessary equipment (board and paddle).
The instructor will give a Stand Up Paddle lesson, which consists of basic training to learn how to paddle correctly and balance on the board. We will then rehearse on land to put into practice the instructions received, before getting into the water and trying our hand at this new and fun discipline.
Once in the sea, we will set off in the direction of San Martino, a small islet that housed a torpedo testing facility in the early 1900s. Once we reach the islet, we will reverse course and return to the beach, still on SUP. The route is 1 km long.
The total duration of the activity is approximately one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 8. No experience is necessary, just the ability to swim. Parents are required to accompany children under 14 years of age.
Other information
The excursion is held all year round, subject to weather and sea conditions. The sea must be calm in order to practice SUP.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Small dogs are allowed on the beach.
The membership card andliability insurance are included in the fee.
Changing rooms and showers with hot water are available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
