Set off from Vetralla (VT) to explore the Grotta Porcina Necropolis, one of the most fascinating Etruscan archaeological sites in Tuscia.
In around 2 hours, you’ll cover 30 km across wild dirt tracks and open-air catacombs , all under the supervision of a guide who knows this area like the back of their hand!
What we will do
We’ll meet 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Vetralla (VT). The guide who will be accompanying us on the excursion to the Grotta Porcina Necropolis will be waiting for us there.
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll receive a full briefing on how to use the quad bikes and will also take a test ride, so we can get straight into the excursion without a care in the world!
At this point, we’ll set off on our off-road itinerary, tackling a route mainly on dirt tracks that will take us to the Grotta Porcina Necropolis, a striking archaeological site on the Via Clodia, dating back to Etruscan times.
During the tour, the guide will take photos and videos, which will be sent to us free of charge in the days following the excursion.
We’ll then return to the meeting point after covering around 30 km. The activity will last approximately 2 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a B licence. The passenger must be at least 6 years old.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
During the ride, driver and passenger can swap driving, provided they meet the requirements (B licence and at least 18 years of age) .
Other information
The excursion is available all year round and does not require a minimum number of bookings to be confirmed.
The organiser has 10 two-seater qu ads at its disposal; each quad can carry 1 driver or 1 driver and 1 passenger for a maximum total of 20 participants.
The available quads are all 4x4s with four-wheel drive and no maximum weight limit (up to 380 kg total per quad) .
There is free parking on site for guests. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
