Full description
Visit the most beautiful areas of Taormina on board a semi-submarine. You will feel like an authentic explorer and, armed with a camera or smartphone, you will take incredible photographs!
The semi submarine is equipped with large windows that will allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the seabed. You will also see the inside of the Grotta degli Innamorati and the famous Grotta Azzurra.

What we will do
The rendezvous is in Giardini Naxos (ME). Here we will be welcomed by the captain, who will take us on board the semi-submersible. This particular vessel, almost 10 metres long, has a passenger room that is below water level and large windows to admire the seabed.
Once we have taken our seats, we will set off to discover the Taormina Coast and Giardini Naxos. We will admire from the windows the seabed rich in flora and fauna. In particular, we will see lots of corals and posidonia, an aquatic plant typical of the area.
We will also visit the Grotta degli Innamorati (Lovers' Cave), arrive at Capo Taormina and then at the Isola Bella Nature Reserve, a real naturalistic jewel. We will stop here for about ten minutes and then head to the Grotta Azzurra, another unmissable wonder of Sicily.
If we are lucky, we will also get to meet cute dolphins!
The excursion lasts an hour in all.

The semi-submersible tour is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children aged 0 to 3 years participate free of charge.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
