Full description
Sea bream, salps, octopus!
This is not the fishmonger's call but the list of some of the animal species you can encounter while snorkelling along the Marsala coastline. Get on the dinghy and let our skipper take you to the best natural scenery, where you can spot the typical Mediterranean flora and fauna thanks to the equipment provided on board.
A 3-hour experience, from which you will return home with photos and videos taken underwater!
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes in advance at the meeting point in Marsala (TP). We will be welcomed by the skipper aboard his dinghy.
Once all participants have finished boarding, we will sail along the coast of Marsala until we reach the shallows. It is in this beautiful natural setting that we will dive for snorkelling!
The excursion includes at least 2 stops, in areas where the depth of the sea varies from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 metres. Once we have donned thesnorkelling equipment provided, which consists of a mask, snorkel and fins, we will be able to dive into the discovery of marine life: we will be able to encounter the typical Mediterranean fauna consisting of bream, salps, octopus, serranids, thrushes, giltheads, sea bass and many other animal species.
In the meantime, our skipper will take some photos and videos of the experience: both from the boat and underwater!
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have signed authorisation.
A shoe size between 34 and 46 is required to participate in this activity.
Pregnant women and persons with reduced mobility cannot participate.
Other information
The activity takes place from June to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 3 participants.
Parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is an 8-metre dinghy equipped with awning and shower. Dogs are not allowed on board.
Photos and digital videos will be shared with participants at the end of the experience via mobile device.
